Our automatic bill pay program helps us service you better because it takes billing worries off the table! We don’t have to worry about sending invoices and receiving payments, and you don’t have to worry about remembering to pay the bill.
Once you enroll in the program, we will automatically charge your credit card no less than 24 hours after each time a service is performed. This may be weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly, depending on the frequency of services. We ONLY charge your card once a service has been completed – never before – and after giving you plenty of time to let us know if you have any concerns about your service.
To enroll in the program, you can either give us a call at 978-369-5296, or log in to your Client Portal. Once in your Client Portal, simply update your credit card information and click the checkbox to Auto Charge.
Once we receive a notification that you’ve signed up for Automatic Billing, we’ll immediately send you a VISA gift card as a thank you!
