How are our Property Maintenance Services different from our other lawn services?

Our Property Maintenance Services are year-round property services including plowing & sanding in the winter, spring and fall clean-ups, seasonal lawn services, and weekly trash removal.

As a customer, you save big when you contract with us to take care of all your property maintenance needs!  We give you special discounts on other services like brush/debris removal, mulching, garage clean-outs, and more. Plus you save by packaging the main services together.

Here’s how it works:

You let us know which services you want to “bundle” together, but a typical package looks like this:

Starting Immediately: Weekly trash pickup on Tuesdays and/or Thursdays

March/April: Spring Clean-up

May/June: Planting new flowers, mulching, edging, pruning bushes & trees

April thru October: 1 lawn mowing service each week

October/November: Fall Clean-Up

December thru March: Plowing, Shoveling, & Sanding as necessary

You save up to 20% on services over the year, plus if you’re on automatic billing, we send you a $20 VISA gift card when you sign up!
